Health & Well-being

Take all the challenges and distractions away from your recovery by planning either a residential detox stay only , or combing both your detox stay to include post recovery/rehab for a greater impact .

Through a consultation process your Executive recovery coach will work with you to create your tailored recovery plan . By investing in both your detox and recovery under one roof with one lead coach, with after care plan options, you are creating a higher success rate opportunity and maximising your investment.

For all our residential clients we also add our health and well being facilities and services as part of your recovery plan at no extra charge . This does not include additional professional massage therapy , or specific outdoor activities.

Your recovery plan will include

For individuals or teams who just need to unwind , de stress for a short break or for longer periods address personal health issues that are not drug or alcohol related . You will benefit with having your own Executive coach to assist you in moving forward in your health goals with measurable results . This is a structured coaching plan for improved mental and physical well being .

Detoxification treatment

Your detox while residing with us will be directly organised and administered by a qualified medical team who arrange all medications and support . For more information about this service please contact us.

A recovery coach is ultimately action oriented for behavioural change, and result driven for the client  , focussing primarily on present and future goals.  The coach will help accelerate the clients progress in recovery by holding them accountable for completing their action steps and providing greater focus on keys areas identified for behavioural change. Coaches are not therapists or counsellors who diagnose or work through specific traumas , who tend to be primarily past orientated . Equiping and empowering a person through measurable change , provides a framework to address confidently past issues as they naturally arise . The client must be committed to the coaching process , as  they are the ones who do all the work , coaching is not about the coach but is focussed on the person and their needs . Your Recovery coach is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Global Member, who is specialises is behaviour changes for global leaders . The combination of predominant recovery coaching and the additional understanding of Marshalls behaviour change system combined , provide an excellent service for motivated clients .
